Assign/Maintain overtime postings(s) and records
Maintain employees’ scheduled vacation and time off hours
Production line KPI management and documentation
Create reports, presentations, and data entry (SAP reporting, BOM)
Purchase Order processing for Operation Supplies
Schedule training when necessary and develop/maintain the training matrix
Assist Leadership in preparing action plan meetings
Maintain people time off service records
Support Confirmations Coordinator
Manage attendance for all departments
Maintain a HIGH level of confidentiality
Any other duties as assigned

We are currently seeking a Manning Coordinator for our manufacturing / bottling facility to manage crewing and staffing for multiple departments.
Compensation: $24.40 / hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday
8:00 am - 4:30 pm
