Job Description
Create, maintain, and distribute production schedules
Communicate with internal stakeholders to determine progress and provide updates
Communicate with external customers (e.g., residential, builders and trade partners) to determine delivery dates and manage changes
Working with various stakeholders to resolve scheduling changes and conflicts
Competencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to anticipate potential issues and mitigate the potential negative consequences
Previous production scheduling experience, or education in related field
Proficient in Excel (Advanced – VLOOKUP, Power Queries) and MS Suite. Exposure to SQL or any programming language would be an asset
Own transportation (no public access to plant location
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
