Opportunity Summary: The Production Supervisor is responsible for all areas of production for a single shift and leads a Team of people assigned to perform work; direct people to produce finished product
The Supervisor is responsible for the production schedule and meeting all aspects of the defined criteria
Responsible to all areas of Production; Machine centers and Production
Responsible for meeting Daily Production Schedule and demands
Monitor and ensure all employees are working safely and within guidelines
Is responsible for meeting projected Production Efficiencies and rates
Monitor Production, and resolve daily issues that occur on Production Floor
Keep track of efficiency reports
Adhere to safety guidelines as set by management
