Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support workers on the production line.
Monitor the flow of materials and ensure smooth operation.
Handle loading and unloading of goods.
Ensure safety and cleanliness on the factory floor.
Requirements:
Minimum education: 5th class pass.
Physically fit; able to stand for long hours and lift moderate loads.
Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis.
Prior experience in a factory or production environment is a plus but not required.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
