Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations
• Maintain production reports (BPR).
• Ensure adherence to production schedules
• Maintain quality standards as per company guidelines
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency
• Communicate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment functionality.
• Track and report production performance against goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Industry preference: Chemicals / FMCG / Pharmaceutical
• Strong understanding of production processes and safety standards
