We are looking for
Production Supervisor
at one of our locations in
Asia Region - in India (Pune, Lonikand)
Your tasks:
Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative (automotive) environment:
• Plan and organize the Monthly, weekly and daily production activities with individual monitors and line leaders.
• Overseeing the production processes and ensure the adherence to achieve production plan as per customer schedule.
• Forecast usage and raise requisition for production consumables.
• Manpower requirement calculation as per monthly customer demand and operator recruitment.
• Enforce and implement the IATF 16+4+ Quality Management system and ISO 14001.
• Ensuring minimum % absenteeism in team and support monitors to manage absenteeism.
• Supervising and motivating a team of operators, Line leaders and monitors.
• Participate in CFT during new projects implementation.
• Must be action oriented, ethical in value, and have a strong customer focus
• Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree
Production/Electrical/Electronics
Experience in production of wire harness processes
Years of Experience 6-8 Years
