Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Alwar. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality control, managing the production staff, creating production reports, and implementing and maintaining production schedules.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and be detail-oriented
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and other production optimization methodologies preferred
Experience in the food or manufacturing industry preferred
expertise in different confectionery product
expertise in different seasoning and bakery product
well Experience in serval ingredients used in bakery and food industry,
