Key Responsibilities:
Production Supervision
Monitor day-to-day production activities.
Ensure proper operation of machines and equipment.
Schedule and coordinate production runs.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Batch Packaging Records (BPRs).
Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
Quality Assurance
Work closely with QA/QC teams.
Ensure that products meet quality and safety standards.
Inventory & Materials
Coordinate raw material availability with the stores and purchase departments.
Monitor consumption and report discrepancies.
People Management
Supervise production line workers.
Train new employees on production protocols and safety standards.
Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement process improvements.
Participate in audits and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) activities.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field.
M.Pharm or specialization in Industrial Pharmacy is a plus.
