Key Responsibilities:
• Production Supervision
• Monitor day-to-day production activities.
• Ensure proper operation of machines and equipment.
• Schedule and coordinate production runs.
• Compliance & Documentation
• Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Batch Packaging Records (BPRs).
• Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Quality Assurance
• Work closely with QA/QC teams.
• Ensure that products meet quality and safety standards.
• Inventory & Materials
• Coordinate raw material availability with the stores and purchase departments.
• Monitor consumption and report discrepancies.
• People Management
• Supervise production line workers.
• Train new employees on production protocols and safety standards.
• Continuous Improvement
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Participate in audits and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) activities.
Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field.
• M.Pharm or specialization in Industrial Pharmacy is a plus.
