Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise, motivate, and mentor a team of production staff, including setters, polishers, and technicians, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate production schedules, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
• Implement rigorous quality control measures throughout the production process to ensure that all jewelry pieces meet the company's exacting standards for design, precision, and finish.
• Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, tools, and finished goods, liaising with procurement and logistics teams to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience (2+ years) in a supervisory or leadership role within the jewelry industry or a similar manufacturing environment.
• He/She should be computer-savvy.
• Excellent knowledge in Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes, techniques, and materials.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols within a manufacturing setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
