Production Supervisor - Full Time - Navi Mumbai, India

We are looking for a/an Production Supervisor to join our FE_Energy team in India .
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
• TAKT achievement in all work centres of ABN factory as per plan: Proactive study in view of manufacturing- Hydro, assembly, packaging for the pumps planned at ABN. Check for all the tooling required for the hydro, assembly and packaging and ensure these are available at the time of production, for the seamless production.
• Three-shift Manpower handling: Maintains manpower utilization at a higher level with the achievement of planned productivity.
• Conduct GEMBA meetings & in-time coordination with other cross functions – PPC, Warehouse, ORE, Maintenance, PM, Purchase, QC
• Hydro, Package readiness work coordination & offer to QC, TPI, witness agencies
• Strong follow up for materials for hydro, assembly, blasting, painting and packaging. Internal follow up with Digha-Stores, planning, assembly testing, packaging and subsequent activities at Ambernath, PM , ORE for any support.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in rotary equipment, pump assembly, machine shop, hydro, packaging in manufacturing. Able to read machine drawings, cross section drawings
• Competent in API pumps/ compressors, manufacturing process.
• Experience in assembly, hydro
• Able to understand BOM, Manufacturing drawings, GA drawings, P&IDs, GA, QAP, and data sheets.
• Manpower handling, handling union and contractors
• Familiar with Safety, EHS, 5S, KAIZEN, and LEAN concept.
