Production Supervisor (Heavy Press Shop)
BE Mech / DME with 5 to 6 Years of Experience
for Sheet Metal Components Heavy Press Shop , having Experience in Heavy Hydraulic Press from 400T to 800 T and SAP PP knowledge
Responsibilities
• Shift Supervision in all Three Shift
• Production Planning and Control for Press Shop
• Use of SAP PP Module
• Knowledge of Hydraulic Press 400 to 800 Ton Press
• Knowledge of IATF Quality Management System such as FMEA, PPAP,
• Ensure Safety on the shopfloor.
• Must achieve Target of OEE, productivity, Machine Utilisation etc
• Kaizen and Cost Reduction project
• Mistake Proofing project
• Rejection and Rework control - CAPA
Experience & Requirements and skills
• Minimum 5 to 6 Years of Previous experience as a Production Supervisor in Heavy Duty press Shop
• Familiarity with 400 to 800 Ton Press manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques
• Responsible for IATF TS 16+4+ Quality Management System
• Handling of Shift Workers
• Commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations
• Problem-solving ability
• Teamwork skills
• The candidate with exposure to implementation of Industry 4.0 improvements on the shopfloor with the above qualifications will be preferred
