Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring production efficiency, quality standards, and safety protocols are met within our facility.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers on the assembly line
Monitor production processes to ensure timely completion of orders
Train new employees on proper assembly techniques and equipment operation
Maintain a clean and organized manufacturing facility
Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures
Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving production output
Qualifications
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role
Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and mechanical equipment
Knowledge of assembly line operations and fabrication processes
Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management
Ability to operate a forklift is a plus
Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
