Are you looking for an assembler style position in Carol Stream, IL? If you are someone who can lift up to 65 pounds and has the willingness to do the same task all day long then I have the perfect job for you! This job does require a background screen and a drug screen. The pay is $20 per hour with optional overtime! Please click below to apply. work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
• Ability to use a multimeter to verify DC voltage of battery cells to ensure proper placement in the battery
• Ability to follow a work order to determine required parts, independently
• Ability to determine how to install cells in a tray based on forklift battery layout
• Operate and maintain a safe work environment
• Ability to learn how to assemble a battery
• Ability to do the same task over and over again
The essential functions of this role include:
• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 65lbs
• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
