What you’ll be doing!
As a Production Technician at Aroa, you will be responsible for the production of our leading wound care devices.
We understand that doing the same thing day in and day out can be tedious, so we make it a priority to cross-train our team in all areas of our manufacturing facility. You’ll have the opportunity to move within teams and develop your skillset across different departments.
Our roles are permanent full time, with morning, day and afternoon shift rotations from Monday to Friday and occasional weekend work on a voluntary basis.
Key responsibilities:
Perform manufacturing and production activities of AROAs medical devices, in accordance with GMP and GDP Practices
Perform regular inspections to ensure product quality and consistency
Complete and review batch records and logs as required
Maintain up to date training records
Follow all Health and Safety standards, policies, and expectations
Proactively participate in all Health & Safety initiatives, including improvements and engagement activities
What you’ll bring!
We’ll teach you everything you need to know! All you need is a positive mindset, the willingness to learn, and effective written and verbal communication skills. This role requires lifting so good physical fitness is necessary.
Other beneficial skills and experiences include:
Strong attention to detail
Experience in a manufacturing environment or operational experience in a similar GMP regulated role is preferred, but not essential
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
