Job Description
Help production workers by performing duties requiring less skill. Duties include the following: supplying or holding materials or tools, and cleaning work area and equipment. Workers will assist with general production work and assembling trusses. Workers will load lumber onto truss table at joints and fasten them with various tools including hammers, nails, drills, screws, and application of glue. Worker may operate a roller to secure truss plates. Worker will load and unload items onto equipment for processing and package finished products for shipping. Worker will ensure products are in conformance to company’s specifications. The production worker will accurately record product’s data and pull damaged or ineffective equipment off the processing line.
