Job Description: Job Description Substantive 4+ experience providing database administration services in the following environments u2013 SQL 2012,2014,2016,2026 Databases on HA configuration Expert knowledge in RDBMS system and strong troubleshooting skills and Problem Resolution. Includes knowledge to perform Remote software installations, upgrades and apply patches, silent installations. Implementing Backup Solutions u00A0and recovery strategies Knowledge on HA environment u2013 AOAG,HA,Clustering Knowledge of virtualization and Cloud computing. Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, NFS, TCP/IP and networking services. Good knowledge of Database security issues and ability to design and implement security measures. Experience in disaster recovery solutions and testing. Knowledge on Performance tuning and capacity planning. Extensive Knowledge of T-SQL, shell/Perl Scripting and kernel Parameters. Familiarity with Middle tier - applications servers, web servers Experience in patching activityu00A0 Required ITIL process for Incident and Change management, Problem management Qualification: Work Experience: 4Yrs u2013 6 Yrs 2012,2014,2016,2026 RDBMS Database Administration Knowledge SQL HA, Active DR, Performance Tuning ITIL and Azure, AWS Certification is preferableu00A0 Knowledge on other RDMS technologies desired. Knowledge on Multiple vendor Cloud technologies - OCI / AZURE / AWS / GCP.
