We’re looking for a high-calibre operations professional to take ownership of resource planning and utilisation across our consulting team in the Americas.
This is a pivotal role within a growing, delivery-led business—suited to someone who brings structure, clarity, and commercial discipline to how consulting teams are deployed.
The Mandate
You will operate at the centre of our consulting function, ensuring that capacity is optimally aligned to demand, utilisation remains high, and delivery is commercially efficient.

Bring rigour to capacity planning, forecasting, and workload balancing
Provide clear, data-led visibility on utilisation, availability, and delivery health
Act as a trusted partner to leadership in prioritising and deploying talent
Ensure operational discipline underpins accurate and timely invoicing
Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in how work is planned and executed
Profile
Experience within professional services, consulting operations, or resource management
Strong grasp of utilisation models, capacity planning, and commercial drivers
Naturally structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating with autonomy
Credible working with senior stakeholders across geographies
Calm under pressure, with the judgement to rebalance priorities in real time
Motivated by building efficient, scalable operational processes
Benefits
Why This Role
A high-trust, high-impact position in a growing international business
Direct exposure to leadership and influence over delivery performance
