Job Description
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, including excellent documentation skills
Knowledge of best practices and IT operations within Enterprise environments, focusing on mission-critical infrastructure
Experience with automation tools/cluster management such as Ansible, Salt, Puppet, Bright, Jenkins, or xcat.
Knowledge and experience with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Perl.
Experience with Source Code Control Systems like GitHub and git
Experience with Ethernet or InfiniBand networking, particularly 100+Gb networks
Experience with performance monitoring/tuning Linux systems
Experience with HPC environments, including knowledge of HPC cluster management tools
Experience with Parallel Filesystems (Lustre, GPFS/SpectrumScale, DDN)
Familiar with SDS (Software Defined Storage)
Hands-on experience as a Linux Systems Administration
BS in Computer Science or equivalent working experience
Strong interpersonal skills for technical presentations, architectural designs, and being a trusted advisor to customers (experience in sales, consulting, or Customer Success)
Provides ad-hoc knowledge transfers, develops handover materials, and guides customers during deployments.
Willingness to travel as needed.
