Role:
Foundation Faculty – Physics & Math (Grades 8 to 10)
We are hiring experienced and passionate faculty to teach Physics and Mathematics to students from Classes 8 to 10 under our Foundation program. This is a 100% onsite role —applicants must be comfortable teaching in a classroom setting with no online teaching involved .
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and high-quality in-person classroom sessions for students in Grades 8 to 10.
Design and execute lesson plans and assessments tailored to school and competitive standards.
Track student progress and provide timely feedback and academic guidance.
Maintain a disciplined, inspiring, and interactive classroom environment.
Coordinate with center teams to support admissions and academic performance.
Participate in regular parent-teacher interactions and team meetings.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience for Classes 8 to 10 (Foundation level).
Strong subject expertise in Physics and Maths .
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Must be willing to work onsite full-time in Puducherry . (No remote/online teaching options) .
Prior experience in EdTech or coaching institutes is a strong plus.
