CLIENT: Global Engineering Services entity servicing large EPC companies for outsourcing their ENGINEERING SERVICES for wide portfolio of engineering services comprising Civil & Structural,Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering for mega projects in Roads Highways, Water resources Railways, Metro, Airport, Bridges, Smart City, Urban Transportation etc.
ROLE: Drive and scale-up GCC/GDS model in India, drive the P&L. Should have shouldered similar responsibility in successfully driving up business growth and leveraging alliances.Infra Projects Leader in Business Development & Delivery aspiring to lead a new business vertical by setting up and scaling GCC/GDS/GBSs ecosystems thru alliances, collaboration & resource management.
Key Drivers:
• Orchestrate the Global Shared Services hub in India, overseeing the vertical from business development,operations to Setup & lead large Global capability Centers in India and scale the Technology service offering from India
• Spearhead transitioning of approx. 500+ FTE's/ year across Technology services and Project Engineering.
• Develop and implement the global strategy for the Engineering Shared Services COE aligning with corporate goals and ensuring scalability and flexibility for future growth.
• Full Ownership for leading and managing end to end program and project delivery within budget timelines as quality expectations.
Incumbent Profile:
• Strategic Leader & Business Development professional with proven success in directing and transforming global shared services operations, achieving substantial profitability growth, and exceeding sales targets.
• Proven success in directing and transforming global shared services operations, achieving substantial profitability growth, and exceeding sales targets.
• Extensive experience in managing end-to-end profit and loss responsibilities, consistently surpassing financial targets, and driving cost-saving initiatives
• Expertise in developing and leading Global Engineering Services Centers and delivering scaleable, cost-effective solutions to multinational clients.
• Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams, optimizing business operations, and driving strategic business growth. Adept in aligning engineering functions with corporate goals and implementing best practices for operational efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement.
Annual Compensation: Best in the industry and will not be a constraint for the ideal fit.
