Job Description
Casa 0101 is seeking a full-time Program Administrator to support the daily operations of a growing nonprofit theater and arts education organization. This is a hybrid role combining program coordination, administrative operations and some front-of-house support. The Program Administrator plays a key role in ensuring that Casa 0101’s programs, productions, and community-facing activities run smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage production-related administrative tasks, including preparing and printing contracts, calendars, scripts, waivers and audition materials
Attend weekly production meetings to support scheduling, logistics, and follow-up on administrative needs
Work closely with the Executive Director, with the goal of becoming a primary point of contact for logistical coordination related to theater productions, arts education classes, and gallery exhibits
Provide administrative support related to union contracts and required reporting, in coordination with leadership
Manage weekday youth classes Tuesday through Thursday, including room setup, rosters, attendance tracking, and student check-in
Communicate logistical information to parents and participants as needed
Answer and route phone calls and emails; serve as a first point of contact for the public
Support ticket sales and patron services, including processing payments and exchanges
Manage office operations including managing mail, day to day administrative tasks such as ordering of supplies, and coordination of basic office needs
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Provide a welcoming front-of-house presence for visitors, audiences, and artists
Support the Executive Team with additional administrative tasks as needed, in coordination with program priorities
This position reports to the Executive Team.
This role focuses on program coordination and administrative support and does not include ownership of bookkeeping, marketing strategy, or creative decision-making.
Required Skills
· Bilingual (Spanish/English)
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Ability to use common software (Google Drive, Microsoft Office, OneDrive, Eventbrite)
· Ability to troubleshoot routine office and equipment issues by following instructions and attempting solutions before escalating
· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, including professional phone and email etiquette
Preferred / Plus Skills
· Bachelor’s degree and/or 3–5 years relevant experience
· WordPress experience for basic website updates
· Basic photography and filming skills
Compensation
This is a full-time, hourly position with a pay range of $28–$32 per hour, based on experience.
Schedule:
This position is full-time (40 hours per week). The schedule consists of 30 set, on-site hours and 10 flexible hours, which may vary week to week based on productions, events, and organizational needs.
Flexible hours will be scheduled weekly in coordination with the Executive Team.
As a performing arts and arts education organization, many key events take place during evenings and weekends. A flexible schedule is required. (e.g. Casa 0101 typically has 6 theater opening nights annually, 6 gallery receptions annually and other one-offs events which typically take place on Fridays or Saturdays)
Tentative Schedule:
In-office Tuesday–Saturday, 12:00pm–6:30pm (30 hours)
Flexible hours TBD weekly (10 hours)
