• 12+ years of professional experience in IT industry in support projects.
• Should have proven track record of successfully supporting large scale IT Programs across various domains & technologies.
• Proven ability to deliver projects, meeting all expectations on technical integrity, quality, and global standards.
• Strong communication, analytical interpersonal relations, mentoring and leadership skills. Enabling effective solutions that positively impact quality of the role performed
• Should be strong on documentation - technical specifications, data validations.
• Experience in handling severity incidents and interact with multiple stakeholders. Involved in incident management, problem management, release management and outage management.
• Should have experience in monitoring / supporting the application in various managed environments.
• Experience in understanding the business flow, feasibility study and analysing requirement.
• Should have very effective stakeholder managing skills.
• Should be effective in hosting meetings and drive discussions/decisions in collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Responsible for monitoring production environment / various application and server downtimes / patching activities and act proactively to prevent performance issues or application crash.
• Maintains operational work instructions and templates to ensure up to date ways of working are available for the support team.
• Identify defects, fix relevant incidents and identify root cause of the issue. Implement root cause towards permanent fix.
• Involved and contributing on process improvements, tooling enhancements, continual service updates, defined KPIs and metrics.
• Good understanding in ETL, ESB, MDM platforms and concepts.
