About the role
We’re looking for young professionals who have managed multiple projects simultaneously and
improved upon / set up efficient processes. If you’ve worked in EdTech or startups, that’s a plus.
Responsibilities
Program Manager’s responsibilities will include
• Handle projects from content and marketing departments
• Initiate, plan & execute projects from start to finish according to the vision and expected standards
• Foresee & resolve potential problems down the line
• Understand skills and limitations of team members to manage projects accordingly
• Communicate effectively with team
• Provide periodic reports and insights
• Improve upon (and ensure adoption of) processes to reduce inefficiencies
• Ensure content quality is maintained across all projects
• Manage remote projects when freelancers are involved
• Implement good management practices
Growth track
In 2-3 years, the Program manager can expect to get promoted to Senior program manager /
Portfolio manager Chief of staff, overseeing the growth of projects in content, marketing &
sales, operations departments and be a part of the Strategy team
Who can apply
Any young graduate with 1-3 years of work experience. Based out of Jaipur (in-office)
