A leading provider of cloud-based software solutions for the financial services industry is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team. This role is fully remote, offering the opportunity to manage large-scale software implementation projects for banking clients across the U.S.
The Role:
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of software solutions to our banking clients. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and clients, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest standards of quality. Experience managing projects within a software vendor environment, specifically focused on banking or loans, is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Leadership: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of software solutions to banking clients, ensuring successful implementations.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and create mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Client Success: Ensure the successful adoption of solutions by banking clients, with a particular focus on loan management systems.
Skills & Experience Required:
• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager working for a software vendor in the financial services sector, ideally with a focus on banking and loans.
• Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage large-scale software implementations with banking clients.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from start to finish.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.
• Remote Work: Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing multiple projects across different time zones.
