We are currently retained by a leading educational institute to hire a Program Operations lead for their academic K12 programs.
The role will lead the academic K12 operations and manage execution of program at all stages from registration to course completion.

The role will encompass:
- Developing application process and application portal for registration, application, fee payment, and enrolment process.
- Resolving students and parents enquiry
- Ensuring smooth on-campus experience for students
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date reports on registrations, applications & enrolments for all courses
- Building, training and managing high performing operations team.
- Building strong relations with Program development and marketing team
- Maintaining the online Learning Management System
