Are you an experienced programme manager ready to oversee impactful HR initiatives in a dynamic, values-driven environment?
As the Programme Manager - People Experience (PX) Performance & Strategy, you'll be at the heart of driving efficient delivery and governance across key HR projects. Your role will be to manage and coordinate multiple workstreams that enhance workforce capability, employee experience, and organisational culture, all while ensuring alignment with the Ministry's strategic goals.
This role requires a skilled programme manager who can bring together complex projects, manage competing priorities, and ensure that the Ministry's people-focused initiatives are delivered on time and to a high standard.

To be successful in this role, you will:
Demonstrate strong programme management experience, ideally within a complex or public sector environment.
Have a proven track record of managing multiple HR or people-related projects, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.
Be skilled in project governance, with the ability to oversee risk management, reporting, and resource allocation across workstreams.
Be an expert collaborator, able to coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to drive project delivery.
Have strong organisational and problem-solving skills, capable of keeping multiple projects on track.

Utu ā-tau | Salary
The appointing salary for this role is usually between $128,12+ and $166,062, based on skills and experience. We are open to paying higher in the band to attract strong candidates into this role.
