Qualifications
 Minimum 3 years of experience in Construction Project Accounting
 Bachelors Degree in a major in Accounting
 Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate (f/k/a Timberline) experience mandatory

Responsibilities
 Receive Accounts Payable Invoices and ensures proper coding and signature authority
 Review all accounts payable invoice batches from AP clerk for accuracy
 Work closely with AP Clerk to ensure timely payment of invoices
 Compiles and reviews monthly Bank Draw with Senior Project Accountant to coincide with Title Draw
 Review Share Point to ensure all draw documents have been uploaded
 Ensure all contractor and sub tier lien releases are collected once payment is ready
 Maintain the Notice to Owner Log
 Performs other duties as required

Job Details
