Qualifications
This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in accounting and a deep understanding of the construction industry
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project accounting, preferably in the construction industry
Proficiency in accounting software, specifically Sage
Solid understanding of construction WIP and percentage of completion
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, including account reconciliation
Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Use Sage software to manage and track project costs and financial data
Collaborate with other team members to improve financial processes and systems

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Project Accountant to join our dynamic construction team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be an integral part of managing the financial aspects of our construction projects.
