Role Description
This is a full-time project accountant role based in Kottayam. Below is JD
• Working Capital Management
• Accounting of all project expenditures, payment voucher, proper documentation
• Project capitalization details (Asset-wise with Invoice/work order/Purchase order details)
• Cash/Fund Management including forecasting
• Keeping accounts of all the day to day expenses
• Preparation of MIS
• TDS/GST compliance including Returns
• VAT/Excise/CST compliance
• Liaison with Sales tax deptt., local authorities
• Assistance in conducting financial audit
• Verification of invoices and release of payment
• Assistance in setting up ware-house management
• Payment of toll and O&M logistics
Qualifications
• B. Com & CA/CMA(Inter) with 4-6 years of Experience or B.Com with 7-+ years
• Knowledge of SAP & MS Office is desirable
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is a plus
