LHH is partnering with a family-owned general contracting company with who specializes in mixed use residential and senior housing developments. The company partners with non-profits to build and renovate projects for families and senior residents. As a Project Accountant on the team, you will sit with self motivated individuals who are ready to collaborate and help grow the business. This job is a direct hire role that works 100% onsite in their San Dimas, CA office with a salary between $65K - $85K annually. Here are some more details about this job:
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with vendors and sub-contractors in billing, invoicing, estimates, payroll, etc
• Verifying current labor laws/compliance, 3rd party releases
• Disburse payments, pay draws monthly, change orders, reimbursement invoices and draw funds
QUALIFICATIONS
• 2-3 years of experience in construction project accounting
• Experience with Sage/Timberline, Procore and MS Office
• Clear and concise communication with leadership, clients and subcontractors alike
