About the Role
Bay Building are looking for an experienced project administrator for our large nationally based client. They are passionate about delivering high-quality results and exceeding customers’ expectations. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Administrator to join the team.
Key activities (include but are not limited to the following):
Consistent and accurate administration of allocated jobs
Assisting in transmitting of documents to/from Client/Subs/Suppliers/etc,
Administering Document Control System
Assisting in monthly claims to clients
Aassisting in subcontractor & supplier billing/invoicing
Ccreate purchase orders
Promoting a safe and WHS compliant work place
Desired Skills and Qualifications
Experience in construction project administration
Meticulous transference of data
Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word Skills
Adobe Pro and Procore skills desirable
Highly organised â ability to prioritise and sequence tasks
Punctual and reliable
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Willingness to take direction and learn new skills
Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
