Position Title: Project and Design Administration Assistant Our Design Team Responsibilities : Coordinate and schedule selections meetings with suppliers for our interior designers. Assist in the documentation of selections and ensure accuracy in records. Facilitate sample pickup and drop-off logistics for seamless project execution. Utilize AutoCAD to create precise millwork drawings to enhance design concepts. Efficiently schedule meetings for the owner/principal to optimize workflow. Follow up with other professionals to obtain required documents. Provide backup support to other administrators, if required Other duties as assigned/required. The Right Person Qualifications: Proven experience in both administration and design. Formal education and training in Interior Design. Strong AutoCAD skills for creating millwork drawings. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic work environment. Passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail.
