Project and Planned Operations Manager
PO6 - £46,549 - £49,590 pa (Pro rata for Part Time Posts)
1 x 37 hours per week
Permanent
Based at Britannia House / Hybrid working
An opportunity has arisen within the Built Environment for a new Project and planned Manager to manage the department and work on the Council’s corporate buildings across the Bradford District.
You will be responsible for:
Overseeing the management of the department.
To manage 6 Works Officers and 1 Logistic officer and 80 trades persons.
Oversee all construction work and manage the departments budget
You will need:
An Excellent knowledge in all aspects of construction
Experience of managing your own work loads
Technical and Operational knowledge in H&S
Relevant Degree (e.g. BSc Building or Surveying) or HNC/HND and/or professional qualification CIOB/RICS or equivalent with an additional 3 years’ experience of construction Management
