Job Description
Qubis Design Studio is seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will possess strong design skills, with a focus on interiors and a solid understanding of facade design principles. The Architect will be involved in all phases of the design process, from concept development to project completion.
Responsibilities:
Develop innovative and creative design concepts for interior spaces, with a strong emphasis on functionality and aesthetics.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD.
Create 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp.
Produce high-quality renderings using a rendering software (D5 experience is a plus).
Contribute to the design and development of building facades.
Select appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures for projects.
Coordinate with other design team members, consultants, and contractors.
Ensure that designs comply with building codes and regulations.
Conduct site visits and oversee project execution to ensure design intent is maintained.
Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
Present design concepts and proposals to clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
Minimum of [Specify Years of Experience - e.g., 2-5] years of professional experience as an Architect.
Proven design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing interior design projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory.
Proficiency in at least one rendering software. D5 experience is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and materials.
Knowledge of facade design and construction techniques.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to design excellence.
Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
Software Proficiency:
AutoCAD (Mandatory)
SketchUp (Mandatory)
Rendering Software (Mandatory)
D5 Render (Preferred)
