Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead commercial projects through all stages of design and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
Prepare detailed technical drawings and documentation using Revit.
Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of projects, maintaining excellent communication with clients and the internal team.
Oversee and review the work of junior architects and assistants, providing guidance and mentorship.
Contribute to project strategy, ensuring design objectives are met and project outcomes are aligned with client expectations.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2-5 years of post Part III qualification experience working in an architectural practice.
Experience working on UK commercial workplace and mixed-use projects.
Strong proficiency in Revit - this is essential.
Experience using NBS Chorus.
Solid understanding of UK building regulations and construction processes.
Experience running projects through all stages, from concept design to technical delivery.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively within a team.
