Job Title: Senior Design Manager (Project Architect)
Role and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work on architectural designing and interior finishing on large commercial/residential projects/university campuses. They will interact with external architects, consultants, and project management consultants to receive and review designs and documents. Conducting design workshops with stakeholders to finalize designs is also a key responsibility.
The selected candidate will be responsible for value engineering to economize design and cost, finalizing BOQ, tender documents, GFCs, coordinated drawings, construction coordination including civil, MEP & interior finishing, time and cost management, good communication skills, and adequate knowledge of Haryana Bylaws & Design codes.
Hands-on experience with software like AutoCAD 2D/3D, Revit/BIM, Sketchup, etc., is essential. The ideal candidate should have 15 years of experience, a B.Arch./M. Arch qualification, and competencies in handling design and coordination of large greenfield projects > 25 acres.
