Education Preferred N.I.C.M.A.R Qualified / P.G in Project Management B.E / B. Tech (Civil) passed out
· Looking to coordinate on ongoing projects on a management level across departments and verticals
· Participating in management meetings, Typing critical MOM, and following up with respective teams and individuals to make sure tasks are completed on time.
· Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
· Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
· Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
· Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
· Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
· Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
· Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Job Responsibilities
· Preparing BOQ for clients and commercial bids to help bring in new business
· Developing and presenting project proposals
· Meeting with clients to find out their requirements
· Producing plans and estimating budgets and timescales
· Discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contracts
· Agreeing budgets and timescales with the clients
· Managing construction schedules and budgets
· Dealing with any unexpected costs
· Attending site meetings to monitor progress
· Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site and project managers
· Working with third parties to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities
· Making sure construction projects meet agreed technical standards
· Liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the client s own representatives
· Overseeing invoicing at the end of a project
· Working on-site and in an office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
