We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support project management activities, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of projects.
Job Profile
• Location : Bhopal, Udaipur
• Qualification: B.Tech, BBA, BCA, M.Tech, MCA
• Min. Experience (in Yrs) : 2
Role & Responsibility
• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the project team, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review project progress, discuss any issues or concerns, and provide updates on project status.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and tasks to ensure timely execution and delivery according to project plans and client requirements.
• Documenting and formalizing change requests (CR), and obtaining approval for CRs.
• Ensure Customer Expectations are aligned with the development strategy. Ensure gap elimination between requirement understanding and development.
• Ensure UAT sign off from the customers.
• Ensure effective client issue management process is followed right from identification to closure so that there is minimum impact in the project
• Facilitate UAT meetings with the customer.
• Monitor Project Deliverables and Payment schedules.
• Monitor and track UAT progress, defects, and issues.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, milestones achieved, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Strong understanding of the project domain with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to the clients.
