Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Ahmedabad, Prahladnagar
Experience: 2 Years- 3 Years(IT Services)
Working Days: 5 Days
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting project managers and teams in the coordination and administration of projects within our IT service portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects under the guidance of project managers.
Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables using appropriate tools.
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, sending agendas, and taking minutes.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and team members.
Ensure project deadlines are met and escalate issues as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution.
Assist in the identification and implementation of process improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience ( Minimum 1+) working as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the IT service industry.
Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
