Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support consulting projects.
Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and industry developments.
Report Preparation: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate research findings and insights
Primary and Secondary Research: Conduct both primary (surveys, interviews) and secondary (literature reviews, database searches) research to gather relevant information.
Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis, including revenue plans, runway analysis, forecasting, and valuation notes.
Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business planning and strategic decision-making.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and opportunities, and develop strategies to address them.
