Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager/Project and Design Head who can bring in business through collaboration with giant architects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for design, and a strong ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and architects.
Qualification- Postgraduate in Interior design.
Experience- Min 8 yrs. experience in luxury / high-end residential project.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs):
New Inquiry Generation:
Proactively generate new inquiries through various channels including but not limited to email, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
Initiate and maintain communications with potential clients and architects.
Conduct Atelier tours and arrange virtual or in-person presentations to introduce our brand and services.
Prepare mood boards and initial layouts, along with tentative pricing, to showcase our capabilities and offerings.
Client and Architect Engagement:
Facilitate meetings with clients and architects, either virtually or in person, to understand their project requirements and design preferences.
Prepare and present project quotations, purchase orders (PO), and project invoices (PI), along with brand presentations and quality control (QC) documents.
Coordinate with the production team regarding production schedules, inspection, detailing, and product shoot arrangements.
Negotiate pricing, discounts, and finalize project contracts.
Project Management and Execution:
Conduct site visits as needed to oversee project progress and ensure quality standards are met.
Coordinate post-production and post-installation shoots for marketing and social media purposes.
Supervise site handover processes to ensure smooth transitions and client satisfaction.
Innovation and Research:
Drive innovation and contribute to new designs and collections through continuous research and development.
Engage in material research and development (R&D) to stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate new materials into our offerings.
