Project: Mace is providing project management services for a mixed-use development including 2 Hotels (4star & 3 Star)-300 Keys, convention centre, retail, multiplex, entertainment including aquarium, lego land, VR, Madam Tussaud’s, café, entertainment centre, F&B, office spaces and performance arts centre. Total built up area of 23, 64,400 sq-ft.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
• Reporting to an operations director, responsible for the strategy and delivery of a major project.
• Working in a client-facing role, responsible for leading our fee proposal, developing the clients’ strategy, through to managing the appointment of the extended professional team of local and international consultants and contractors.
• Developing the client's brief, delivery strategy and leading the design management, procurement and execution of the scheme.
• Establishing and managing a high performing team that strives for quality, safety, cost and schedule improvements at every opportunity with all delivery partners, challenging and seeking to improve the project deliverables.
• Overseeing that the highest standards of health and safety are considered as a priority through all stages of the project.
About You
You will have a degree qualification in engineering and be a member of a professional body. You have experience of leading a project of similar nature. You have experience of leading a team of design managers/MEP managers / Planners / Commercial managers and other project stakeholders.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You have proven experience working on a projects from start through to completion within consultancy industry and are poised to expand your own horizons, those of our clients and of our ambitious people alike. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace have to offer
