Elephant in the Boardroom is a growing digital agency delivering web and app development, SEO, digital marketing, and data-driven strategies. Since 2016, we’ve helped clients in finance, healthcare, retail, legal, and NDIS transform their digital presence.
The Role:
We’re looking for a motivated Project Lead to manage and deliver end-to-end digital projects — spanning UX/UI, content, web development, and marketing. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure timely, on-budget, high-quality project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead digital projects from planning to delivery
Act as the main client contact and build strong relationships
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines
Monitor risks, resolve issues, and drive delivery excellence
Facilitate internal stand-ups and client updates
Requirements:
3–4 years of project management experience, ideally in a digital agency
Experience in delivering websites, digital products, or campaigns
Strong understanding of CMS, UX/UI, and development workflows
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Zoho, Miro, WordPress, or Drupal
Excellent communication and team coordination skills
