Job Description for Project Manager & Project Lead (Preferably Healthcare Experience)
Location: Ghansoli MBP (Navi Mumbai)
Salary depends on interview.
JD for Project Manager
Project Manager Role & Responsibility
➢ Smooth execution of the program
➢ Manage, ZMs, RMs, Training Manager, Compliance manager, and Back End Project Lead
➢ Monthly review with RMs and identify challenges and develop solutions
➢ Monthly review of project lead/ training manager and for backend processes
➢ Monthly review meeting with the client to provide a program update
➢ Identify project insights, brainstorm on the gaps in the program, and suggest way forward
KPI
➢ Total No of HF Counselor sessions conducted in the month
➢To keep a track of Sessions conducted vs scheduled
➢ No. of Patients enrolled in the program
➢ No. of HF Counselor sessions attended Qualification
➢ Should have 8-10 years of experience in managing the PSP program
➢ Relevant Cardiac PSP program handling experience would be the preferred choice
➢ Any experience in working in the Cardiac segment in marketing/sales/operations will be preferred
JD for Project Lead
ü Project lead will be responsible to manage Callers
ü Ensuring team is doing work as per the process in given time line without any deviation
ü Flashing call report with team on daily basis
ü Monitoring daily Avg number of call placed and AHT and frequency wise call
ü Coordinating with client
ü Managing reports, analyse and work on the outcome
ü Coordinating with Field staff
ü Sharing feedback with team as an when required
ü Sharing digital educators call quality report with internal compliance team
ü Coordination with IT team to resolve IT issues.
