Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Lead (Sr. .NET Developer) to lead enterprise-grade application development initiatives. The role involves hands-on technical leadership, solution architecture, team management, and close collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of .NET developers across the full software development lifecycle.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Core and Web APIs.
• Define application architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Drive cloud-based deployments and infrastructure management on AWS.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and clients to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Review code, ensure quality standards, and enforce secure coding practices.
• Mentor team members and support technical and professional growth.
• Ensure timely project delivery, risk management, and adherence to quality benchmarks.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps best practices.
• Oversee database design and performance optimization using SQL Server or equivalent.
Mandatory Technical Skills
• Strong expertise in .NET / .NET Core, C#
• ASP.NET Web API, REST services, Microservices architecture
• Frontend experience with Angular
• AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, etc.) – Mandatory
• Entity Framework / ORM tools
• SQL Server / relational databases
• CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
• Design patterns and application architecture
• Unit testing frameworks (xUnit / NUnit / MSTest)
Leadership & Soft Skills
• Proven experience leading technical teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Strong ownership and delivery mindset
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Exposure to large-scale or enterprise systems is a plus
