As a project coordinator, you will communicate and collaborate with the sales team, clients, internal teams, and our linguists from different parts of the world. You will be responsible for designing workflows, choosing the right resources for a job, and getting it done on time and within budget. You will deliver translated and localized websites, app strings, and legal documents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities:
1. Talent management: you will find the right linguists for various projects based on experience and education. You will conduct assessments and screen resources for every project
2. Creating workflows, checklists, and delivery schedules for projects
3. Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for quotes, timelines, and deliveries
4. Continuously monitoring projects to make sure they are on schedule and giving regular updates to the project manager
5. Maintaining project reports, vendor feedback, and costing sheets for every project
6. Ensure that the projects are executed on time within acceptable costs.
7. Prepare POs for vendors and co-ordinate with the finance team for payments
8. Maintain good relationships with all internal and external teams
+. Continuously evaluate external vendors and look for new vendors
10. Deliver files to clients and incorporate changes based on their feedback
Qualifications:
1. Any under graduation
2. Works well under pressure and tight deadlines
3. Great interpersonal skills
4. Ability to multitask
5. Punctual and flexible
6. Good negotiation skills
