Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the support of our critical production applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, IT operations, and a deep understanding of production environments. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and problem-solving abilities to ensure optimal application performance, availability, and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Project Management:
· Team Leadership: Build, develop, and lead a high-performing production support team.
· Incident Management: Oversee incident management processes, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing service disruptions.
· Problem Management: Conduct root cause analysis of incidents, implement preventive measures, and drive continuous improvement.
· Change Management: Manage and control changes to the production environment, minimizing risks and impacts.
· Service Level Management: Define, monitor, and improve service levels for production applications.
· Capacity Management: Monitor system performance, identify capacity constraints, and implement capacity planning strategies.
· Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with production applications.
· Reporting and Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and application health.
· Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and IT teams.
· Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve production support processes and efficiency.
Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes:
· Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
· Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies (such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint retrospectives, and sprint reviews).
· Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and values.
Collaboration and Efficiency:
· Work closely with the product owner and development team to ensure work progresses on schedule, within budget, and to the desired level of quality.
· Serve as a coach and mentor to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
· Ensure the team consistently meets its objectives.
