The Customer Relationship Executive will represent the first point of contact for clients needing assistance with businesses' products and services. To understand the requirements of the projects and to convey the same to the team and to ensure the project is delivered on time with all its requirements fulfilled along with documentation.
Responsibilities
• Interact with clients and build relationships with them.
• Understanding project requirements and ensuring the needs are being met.
• Keep records and documentation of client interactions and prepare all the documentation related to requirements and execution.
• Create monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement
• Applying subject expertise in evaluating business operations and processes.
• Recommending technical solutions and determining software development requirements.
• Providing subject expertise and guidance to IT developers during the software development life cycle.
• Overseeing the development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions.
• Determining whether technical solutions meet defined requirements.
• Verifying technical reference information, including user guides, training manuals, and system requirements.
• Ensuring accurate representation of expertise prior to the distribution of technical solutions to end-users.
• Documenting processes and disseminating information to all relevant stakeholders.
