About the Role
We are urgently seeking skilled Project Management Professionals with expertise in wind energy projects to join our team. The role involves managing and executing wind energy projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations. Candidates must be open to frequent travel to client locations across Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Karnataka.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage wind energy projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Oversee project documentation, risk management, and compliance with industry standards.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize project outcomes.
• Travel to client sites (30% of the time) to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project goals.
Required Qualifications and Experience
• Education: Engineering graduate (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical). Postgraduate degree in Construction Management or Business Management is preferred.
• Experience:
• 5-10 years of total experience in project management or project execution.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in wind power projects (excluding Operations & Maintenance or manufacturing experience).
• Prior consulting or project management experience is strongly preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to travel to client locations as required (Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka).
Additional Requirements
• Candidates must be open to 30% travel to client locations.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 1-2 months are preferred.
• Candidates exceeding the budget will be evaluated separately.
